There are several things that you can try to resolve the issue:
- On the Login page, check to make sure that the Log Into... field reads, d158 (and not "This computer")
- Confirm that the network cable (looks like a telephone cord) is firmly into the computer jack at one end and into the wall jack a the other.
- If there are numbers in your password and you use the keypad on your keyboard, be sure that the NumLock button is active on your keyboard.
- If you aren't sure of your password, call the Help Desk line at x 6180 so that one of our staff members can reset your password to your ID number.
