    Only the Technology department can reset student network passwords.  If you need the password reset right away so that the student doesn't miss out on any work, call ext. 6180 and give the student's ID number.  If it's not a time-sensitive issue, start a ticket in ZenDesk, giving the student's ID number.

    Network passwords are always reset to the student ID number.
